We are completely independent and we undertake work for Letting Agents, Private Landlords,  Relocation Agents and Tenants

Added Value

We make a point of checking for the following information and notifying Landlords or their managing agents where there appear to be any problems or omissions:

• Checking whether Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and Electrical Installation Certificates are in place
• Checking whether the furnishings provided have the necessary Fire Safety Labels where required
• Checking whether all the Instruction Manuals have been supplied
• Highlighting any Maintenance Problems at both the start and the end of the tenancy

An online booking service is available to our clients enabling them to request bookings on available dates using their online diary.

We store convert all documents into pdf form and these are securely stored electronically with our clients’ permission.

Mayflower Inventories is a full member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks, and adheres strictly to the AIIC code of practice and high standards.
